Karen Bachmann has over 20 years of experience supporting clients in all phases of user-centered design, including user research, usability requirements definition, and interaction design. She is committed to creating and delivering effective and satisfying user experiences by helping clients deeply understand the people who use their products and their goals and needs, and designing interfaces that meet these needs. She also helps companies new to usability learn how to implement best practices within their existing development processes.
Karen regularly presents on UX-related topics at international and regional professional conferences and for local business groups. She has worked with clients in retail, insurance, technology, education, energy, and B2B e-commerce, and has experience leading cross-functional teams in a range of user research and design activities. She is an active member of UXPA and STC. Karen holds a B.S. in Technical Writing from the University of South Florida.
